Night of Hope
Saturday, October 7th from 6:00-9:00 pm
Night of Hope (NOH) is an annual student-led benefit concert held at Concordia University Irvine. The official purpose of Night of Hope is to bring hope to attendees and raise awareness for an organization that, in turn, brings hope to individuals in our larger community. This event utilizes art to showcase the true hope that only Christ can bring. Through this purpose, we work to bring unity among Concordia's students, faculty, friends, and the local-global communities surrounding us.
Charity on Wheels
The organization that will be highlighted at this year's event is Charity on Wheels, which was recognized with the 2017 Servant Leadership Award at the Gala of Stars this past spring. This local organization aims to care for the homeless, the sick, and the broken. They especially work to rehabilitate and restore people struggling with homelessness. Their focus on reaching people where they are and helping them in individualized ways is what makes this organization stand out as an exceptional example of God's grace.See more of their story.
Jadon Lavik will be our headliner this year! He is a local singer/songwriter and worship leader with a talent for modernizing hymns and writing contemporary songs that resonate with many listeners. Check out their music and story.
