Campus Housing
Whether you’re a first-year student or an upperclassman, you’ll find housing that fits your stage of college life. Our suite-style and apartment-style options provide space to study, relax, and connect with friends — all within our secure, gated campus overlooking Irvine.
Upper/Lower Quads
The Upper and Lower Quads have acquired these fond nicknames on campus because each set of four buildings shares a common courtyard. The “Upper Quads” consist of Chi Omicron, Chi Kappa, Chi Lambda, and Chi Theta. The “Lower Quads” consist of Chi Delta, Chi Epsilon, Chi Gamma, and Chi Zeta. These residence halls are apartment-style and normally consist of upper-classmen.
Freshmen may apply to live in some of the Living Learning Communities under certain circumstances.
Living Learning Communities are located in the Upper Quads, but have the same floor plan as Lower Quads. For more information on LLCs, please visit the LLC webpage.

- Room: 11 ½ feet by 16 feet (2 rooms in each unit)
- Closet: 2 feet by 11 ½ feet (1 closet per room)

- 2-Drawer Dresser (2 per student) or 6-Drawer Dresser (shared by 2 students)
- Refrigerator (1 per unit)

Chi Rho
Chi Rho is a suite-style residence hall, which has been set aside as a freshmen only building. A student’s freshman year is an opportunity to grow and develop in many different aspects of their lives.
By having all of our freshmen housing together, there is an opportunity for many of the new students to make friends and to develop relationships, which they will carry with them throughout the duration of their academic stay at Concordia.

- Closet: 2 ½ feet x 2 ½ feet (each student receives a closet)

Chi Sigma
Chi Sigma is a suite-style residence hall, which hosts a mixture of freshmen and upper-classmen students. Within Chi Sigma is a central gathering location called Sigma General. Many of the recreational activities offered by the Office of Residence Life are hosted within this space.
Additionally, Chi Sigma has the benefit of being located near the gym and softball field, which embody a portion of the school spirit when our Golden Eagles athletics teams are in the heat of competition.

Dining on Campus

With flexible meal plans for residents and commuters alike, you’ll always have access to nourishing meals in the Caf at Grimm Student Union or quick bites at Eagles’ Landing.
