Residence Halls

Our campus is located within a gated community in one of the most scenic neighborhoods in Orange County. Here in our suite-style residence halls and themed Living Learning Communities (LLC) you’re sure to enjoy beautiful mountain views and a sense of serenity. Residents have access to amenities like ping-pong, bike rentals, and our CU Active fitness center.

First-Year Housing

Chi Rho is a suite-style residence hall, which has been set aside as a freshmen-only building. Chi Sigma is also suite-style, and hosts a mixture of freshmen and upper-classmen students. Within Chi Sigma is a central gathering location called Sigma General. The linked pages include room floor plans.

Upper-Classman Housing

The “Upper Quads” consist of Chi Omicron, Chi Kappa, Chi Lambda, and Chi Theta. The “Lower Quads” consist of Chi Delta, Chi Epsilon, Chi Gamma, and Chi Zeta. These residence halls are apartment-style and the linked pages include room floor plans.
