In your college search it's important that you find the right fit for you - that is why we have constructed our campus visit for you to walk in the shoes of a Concordia Eagle.

Individual campus visits are offered year-round Monday through Friday and on select Saturdays in the spring as follows, except holidays:

• January 2019- April 2019
  Monday - Friday 11:00 a.m. & 2:00 p.m.
  Saturdays 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Your Concordia journey begins with a greeting from our friendly gate attendant. As you drive through our campus, you will be guided toward our main parking lot adjacent to Grimm Hall, where you will find reserved visitor parking labeled Future Eagle. Meet in the Welcome Center in Grimm Hall North (building on the left) to begin your personalized campus experience at Concordia.

What to Expect

A typical tour will include the following:

• Campus Tour: Take a 60-minute walking tour of our beautiful Irvine campus.
• Information Session with an Admissions Counselor: Meet an admissions counselor for 30 minutes, who will provide you and your family with in-depth information on the admissions process, academic programs, student services, and financial aid.

Other campus visit opportunities can include:

• Attend Chapel: Experience a 20-minute spiritual boost to your day! Offered every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
• Lunch in the Student Union: Enjoy a delicious complimentary meal prepared by well-known catering and restaurant company, Bon Appétit.
• Meet with a Coach: Prospective athletes are encouraged to contact the athletic coaches directly to set up a one-on-one meeting. Go to http://www.cuieagles.com/staff, and please provide your campus visit registration date.
• Attend a Live Class/Meet with a Faculty Member: See what it's like to be a Concordia University Irvine Eagle and sit in on one of our classes, or meet with one of our faculty members regarding your declared major. This experience is reserved for Juniors or Seniors only. Please email visitconcordia@cui.edu to request your class/meeting.

Group Visits

We welcome large groups for special visits. If you are a teacher, counselor or AVID coordinator, pastor, D.C.E., or youth leader and have a group of 5 or more students and would like to visit our campus, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at visitconcordia@cui.edu and a member of our staff will assist you.

Fly-In Reimbursement Program

To make it more feasible for prospective students to visit CUI, we offer a one-time reimbursement of up to $500* for your own flight to southern California.

Important: Please contact your admissions counselor to schedule your visit before you purchase your flight.

Eligibility Information for Travel Reimbursement

• You must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student through September 5, 2019 to be eligible for reimbursement.
• You can utilize the reimbursement program during a visit event or individual visit.

• John Wayne Airport, Orange County (SNA): Driving time to campus is approximately 17 minutes [8.1 miles].
• Long Beach Airport (LGB): Driving time is approximately 29 minutes [25.8 miles].
• Los Angeles International Airport (LAX): Driving time is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes [44.7 miles].
