Discover study abroad locations throughout the Middle East for Concordia University Irvine students. When researching study abroad programs it’s important to:

  • Review academic course offerings available that are complementary to your graduation plan. All courses taken abroad must be progress towards your degree.
  • Familiarize yourself with the country and university credit system for programs you’re interested in. This is relevant for ISEP universities. Students will need to be enrolled in a minimum of the equivalent to 12 US units at their host university abroad.
  • Identify the start and end dates of the study abroad program. Universities throughout the world differ from Concordia’s semester start or end dates. Students are not permitted to enroll in a study abroad program that conflicts with their attendance for any semester at Concordia.
  • Check if there are any language requirements listed by the study abroad program. All study abroad programs offer courses taught in English. Some programs offered through ISEP may have language requirements. This information can be found in the “Other Academic Conditions” section of the ISEP university profile.
