Life in Regensburg

Regensburg has been called “One of the most beautiful cities in the world” by Lord Norman Forster, the British star architect.

Regensburg is in the heart of Europe! Just hours away from Rome, Milan, Paris, Zurich, Berlin, Prague, and Vienna. It is the 4th largest city in Bavaria, with 150,000 inhabitants. Located on the Danube river and a World Heritage City, it was named as one of the top 100 sights of Germany.

Germany is one of the safest countries in the world, and Regensburg was named one of the safest cities in Germany. Yet, the city is still young at heart, with a large variety of restaurants, street cafes, and a well-balanced mix of cultural events.
