Mariah graduated from Concordia University Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2015. she received her Masters of Science in Psychology with an Emphasis in Life Coaching. Her career journey at Concordia began in graduate Academic Advising. Since 2020, she has worked as the Director of Career Development and Vocation, overseeing the Career Studio and the College Corps Fellowship. Mariah has certifications in Life Design through Stanford University, Enneagram Coaching, and is a Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert. She is passionate about serving and developing students to discover their calling and persist towards graduation. Mariah takes a holistic approach to career development by challenging students to look at all areas of their life to identify values, strengths, and areas of growth.

Katherine Olea serves as the Assistant Director of Career Development at Concordia University Irvine, where she earned her degree in Behavioral Sciences in 2019. Before returning to California, Katherine built a diverse professional background in administrative, HR, and marketing roles in New York City. Now working in higher education, she is passionate about guiding students to uncover their vocations by aligning their unique skills and interests.

Lucas Brawner is currently pursuing his Masters in Organizational Leadership here at Concordia University Irvine after graduating from Vanguard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2015. He began his career in education in the public school system, then joined Concordia University Irvine, as part of the Enrollment Services Department. He now oversees the College Corps grant program on campus, where undergraduate students participate by serving our community through various nonprofits in Orange County. Lucas loves mentoring the next generation, as well as equipping them with skills and experience that can be transferred into their future careers and vocations.
