M.A. Executive Coaching and Consultation

Are you looking for a career that engages your strengths and skills, offers meaningful work, and allows you to come alongside other leaders in achieving their goals? In today’s fast paced world, a quality online degree will help you achieve the career dream that you have envisioned for yourself.

Our online Master of Arts in Executive Coaching and Consultation, at the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine, is one of the only graduate-level degrees of its kind in the nation. Our uniqueness is that we will train you in two marketable areas:

  • Executive Coaching, in which you will help leaders increase their performance and success skills for their organizations; and
  • Consulting, in which you will enter the actual world of the organization, helping them achieve their goals by strategizing, training, guiding and developing their leadership and teams.

We take a multidisciplinary approach, using the latest neuroscience research, high performance studies, biblical principles, industry-leading studies on organizational health, and Dr. John Townsend's own high level of experience in the field. Graduates will also develop a coaching style to their leadership, to accelerate the development of those on their team and achieve better results for their organization.

Our program is just a few steps away from receiving ICF accreditation. This means that through successful completion of the Masters of Arts program, participants will earn 163 hours of coach-specific training and practicum required for the International Coaching Federation’s (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential application.

All courses are conducted in English.
