Biography
Jon Kidwell is a Nonprofit Business and Leadership Coach. He is on a mission to empower nonprofits and their leaders to make an impact through people-centered performance. Jon shares the message that nonprofits produce great impact when they integrate a business mind and servant heart. As a nonprofit professional and Board member he led organizations to double digit growth in fundraising, earned revenue, and cost savings. His professional experience includes leadership roles in education, the retail service industry, and community-based nonprofits. Prior to starting his own business, Jon was Vice President of Innovation and Operations for the YMCA of Greater Houston. Additionally, he holds a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University Texas.
