Biography
Dr. Andrew earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from California State University, Long Beach, and her Ph.D. from Regent University in Virginia. Her research interests include workplace communication, organizational culture, and crisis management. She has taught at both private and public colleges and universities.
Dr. Andrew co-hosts the Townsend Institute Podcast Series. She enjoys working at Concordia University because it allows her to combine her love of teaching and leadership with her Christian beliefs.
Dr. Andrew resides in Northern California with her husband and their two daughters.
