Apply Now

The Pathway Program prepares international students for academic success through courses that improve English language proficiency while offering academic and cultural support.

This program provides a pathway to undergraduate admission for students who meet all Admissions Requirements for International Students, except for the English level requirement of TOEFL 79 or IELTS 6.5. Students will be eligible for full undergraduate admission without a TOEFL or IELTS score if they successfully complete the Pathway Program.

Pathway Requirements

International students seeking admission through the Pathway Program must complete the normal undergraduate application process as well as participate in a selection interview. An international student is one who does not hold United States citizenship or lawful permanent residency.

Prospective Pathway students must meet minimum entrance requirements of TOEFL 62 and/or IELTS 6.0 and have a 2.8 high school GPA. An SAT or ACT score may be used if students don't have TOEFL or IELTS scores.

Students who wish to pursue undergraduate studies at CUI and do not meet these requirements may still be eligible for conditional admission via completion of the standard Intensive English Program. Successful completion of IEP's highest level qualifies students to apply to Concordia’s undergraduate program.
