Access, Intervention, and Student Success

The Access, Intervention, and Student Success specialization within the Doctor of Education in Leadership program prepares leaders to advance equitable systems and whole child approaches across educational and organizational settings. Designed for educators, administrators, counselors, student services professionals, and program leaders, this specialization emphasizes leadership that supports academic success alongside social, emotional, and behavioral development.

Candidates develop advanced leadership skills to design, implement, and evaluate systems that promote access, intervention, retention, and success for diverse populations. Graduates are prepared to lead initiatives and programs across K–12 schools, higher education, and community based organizations that prioritize access, intervention, and sustained success.
