Although attendance is free for students and one parent (teachers and counselors are also free), registration is required. Space is limited, so reserve your spot today by registering online. Each student must register individually, online, with a valid email. Please make sure that the email address is typed correctly since the link to join this event will be emailed to that email prior to the event.

Teachers and counselors: Please do not register your students as a class with one email. Due to the nature of a virtual conference, individual emails are necessary. Please encourage your students to share the bilingual flier on this web page with their parents, so that parents participate in this event.

For High Schools

If you’re a teacher, an AVID teacher, guidance counselor, or after-school college readiness program counselor, tell your students and their parents about this free virtual conference. Students must register individually with a valid email, without sharing emails. The link to participate in the event will be emailed to the email in the registration prior to the conference; so it’s important that students enter their email correctly. If you’re able to walk your students through the online registration process during class, that could be helpful when they register at home with their parent. Please encourage your students to share the bilingual parent flier on this web page with their parents to encourage them to participate.
