Attached is the “OCRM Volunteer Group Waiver,” ""Kitchen Volunteer Safety Checklist,"" and the ""Warehouse Safety Checklist” that we will have printed for your group to sign upon arrival. Please have everyone read over it beforehand. ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Location – Village of Hope, 1 Hope Drive, Tustin, CA 92782
- Please park in our back parking lot.
- See the attached parking map. The back parking lot is circled on the left.
- We have limited parking available, so we strongly encourage carpooling.
- Please sign in at the front Reception desk to the right of the front gates.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before service.
- You are welcome to take photos of only your group while volunteering.
- Keep all personal items (i.e., bags, backpacks, etc.) at home, work, or in your cars.
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION - KITCHEN:
- The minimum age to volunteer in the kitchen is 13.
- We operate a commercial kitchen that requires us to comply with safety standards and adherence to food handling rules.

- Follow the mandatory dress code listed in the Kitchen Volunteer Safety Checklist.
- You will be turned away if you are not dressed according to the dress code.
- Due to safety hazards, the following are not permitted in the Kitchen – walkers, wheelchairs, and oxygen tanks. Please notify us if this is a concern, and we can discuss other options.
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION - WAREHOUSE:
- The minimum age to volunteer in the warehouse is 10.
- We operate an industrial warehouse that requires strict compliance and adherence to safety rules and regulations.

- Follow the mandatory dress code listed in the Warehouse Volunteer Safety Checklist. Jeans, t-shirts, and athletic shoes are ideal for comfort and safety – a sweater is recommended as it may be cold inside the warehouse.
- You will be turned away if you are not dressed according to the dress code.
- Due to safety hazards, walkers, wheelchairs, and oxygen tanks are not permitted in the warehouse. Please notify us if this is a concern, and we can discuss other options.
