Parking Information

Parking on CUI Campus

See Concordia University Irvine Parking Regulations.

All vehicles parking in the campus lots need a parking pass or decal. Please obtain the following passes at their respective locations:

Visitor Day Pass (24 hour) Gatehouses 1 and 2
Temporary Parking Pass (more than a day) Administration 103
Student Decal (one year) Administration 103
Faculty and Staff Decal (indefinite) Administration 103

Students, faculty and staff members will need their driver's license and current vehicle registration when filling out the parking permit application.

Freshman Parking Policy

Due to increased enrollment and limited parking, resident first-time freshmen are not permitted to have motorized vehicles on campus. For information about transportation alternatives, please visit our Transportation section. We realize that some students have extenuating circumstances where having a vehicle is necessary. Resident freshmen students, who are able to demonstrate a compelling need for a vehicle, may appeal to register their vehicle on campus. Those interested in appealing may contact their admissions counselor or Campus Safety by email at CampusSafety@cui.edu. Please be prepared to provide sufficient documentation supporting your appeal.

If you are appealing the freshman parking policy due to personal health or disability concerns, please contact the Disability and Learning Resource Center at (949) 214-3039.
