Parking on Concordia University Irvine - Turtle Rock Campus
All vehicles parking in the campus lots need a parking pass or decal. Please obtain the following passes at their respective locations:

Students, faculty, and staff members will need their driver's license and current vehicle registration when filling out the parking permit application.
Parking on Concordia University Irvine - Spectrum Campus
If you are visiting the Spectrum Campus, please check in at the front desk. Students, faculty, and staff will need to apply for a parking permit (see below) in order to park on the Turtle Rock or Spectrum campuses.

Parking Citation Fines and Appeals
Please observe all parking regulations on campus. All fines must be paid within 21 calendar days of the receipt of the citation. To appeal a parking citation, please go to citationprocessingcenter.com and follow the below directions:
- Provide the number and date of the citation to look up your citation.
- Select the “appeal citation” option on the left side of the screen.
- Note: It may take up to five business days for a citation to be processed on citationprocessingcenter.com.
