Forms that do not go through the DocuSign workflow can be emailed to [email protected] and must come from your Eagles email account. The DocuSign forms will require an Eagles email account authentication.
Registration Forms can be found in MyCUI (Tools / MyRegistrar).
The DocuSign form cannot be completed after it is started?
Click FINISH LATER in the Other Actions box (top right). Access the saved form again from the original authentication email you received. DO NOT START A NEW FORM.
