When your community needs you, will you be ready to serve? Concordia University Irvine’s Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Community Health Education from Concordia University Irvine prepares you to become a changemaker who can educate, advocate, and lead.

You’ll build a strong foundation across core areas of public health, grounded in research, ethics, and a faith-based view of servant leadership. Along the way, you’ll complete a community-based practicum and at least 20 hours of volunteer service with a health organization of your choosing.

Our MPH degree equips you to guide individuals, communities, and populations toward healthier choices, reducing illness, improving outcomes, and stewarding resources wisely. You’ll dive deep into a faith-based education grounded in research and ethical principles, as well as coursework that emphasizes servant leadership and community health promotion.

Concordia has applied for accreditation with the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH). The accreditation review will address the Master of Public Health (MPH) program.
