No other source shall be used to quote University tuition or fees. Refer to the Master Course Schedule for class fees.

Please Note: All graduate, credential, and adult degree students are billed a Student Success Fee each semester, which funds expanded online wellness, counseling, career, writing, and library services. Cost per unit for an audited course is 25% of the per-unit tuition rate for that program — if a program has a tuition cost of $545 per unit, the audited cost would be $136.25 per unit. Please click on a program below to see their per-unit tuition costs.

All tuition and fees are due and payable as stated on the bill for each semester. Tuition and fees may be paid at the Bursar’s Office located on the first floor of Grimm Hall North or online at my.cui.edu.

  • Login to MyRecords at my.cui.edu
  • Select MyStudent Bill
  • Select MyStudent Bill from the Menu (redirected to Transact-online billing system)
  • Scroll down until you see “Send a payer invitation”
  • Complete the Payer Invitation information to send

Failure to pay fees by the established deadlines may cause the student to be dropped from all classes.

If you have a past-due balance with the university, a financial hold will be placed on your student account. While this hold is active, you won’t be able to register for classes or make changes to your schedule, and certain university services — including access to grades, diplomas, and graduation — will be unavailable until your balance is resolved.

Diplomas are issued only after your student account balance has been paid in full.

If you withdraw from the university with an outstanding balance, your account will be transferred to the Bursar for collection. Continued nonpayment may result in your account being sent to a collection agency. If that occurs, you will be responsible for all additional costs associated with the collection of your account, including attorney fees and court costs, should legal action be required to enforce this agreement.

If you have questions about tuition and fees, please contact the Bursar’s Office.
