Concordia University Irvine’s 20th Annual Gala of Stars Hits a Home Run! May 16, 2022 - 2 minute read On April 30, 2022, the friends and supporters of Concordia University Irvine celebrated both in-person and online to help the 20th Annual Gala of Stars reach new heights. When the night was over, more than $650,000 had been raised to support our students through scholarships at Concordia. We thank our friends and supporters for their generosity! At the Gala of Stars, the stars are not actors or athletes: the stars are our STUDENTS. Students who are empowered to live lives of learning, service and leadership. Students guided by the Great Commission of Christ Jesus to be launched into the world as agents of change, knowing that loving God and loving each other are the greatest commandments. Students are only able to follow this direction with your support. Every student at CUI benefits from the gifts of our donors.
