A key distinctive of Concordia’s Master of Public Health is our mentorship program where you are paired one-on-one with professionals in the healthcare industry. The program is designed to create opportunities for you to receive guidance by professional leaders with extensive experience in public health who have a desire to help you become successful in your future careers.
We are privileged to partner with healthcare industry leaders in public health, including hospitals, health systems, long-term care, information technology, nonprofit organizations, community health, mental health, insurance, marketing, finance, human resources, and public policy. You will benefit from guidance on career and networking opportunities, job seeking strategies, resume development, and interviewing skills.
While there is no expectation that mentors will find their mentee a job or internship, their assistance will naturally increase your awareness of professional opportunities and your ability to cultivate your own successful career opportunities.
