Tim Cates catches up with 4x Olympic medalist and Hall of Famer Brenda Villa about her journey from LA to Palo Alto to representing the United States in four different Summer Olympics. Brenda is the most decorated player in the history of women's water polo. She is now the head girls water polo coach at Orange Lutheran High School and a student in the MCAA program at Concordia University Irvine.

Tim Cates talks with Rod Sherman, the Head Football Coach of Orange Lutheran. From 1995-2006 as Offensive Coordinator and Athletic Director at Orange Lutheran, Rod won 9 League titles, two CIF Championships, and 1 state championship in football. Then from 2007-2018, Rod was the football coach and AD at Valor Christian HS in Colorado and won 7 State Championships and was the State Coach of the Year in Colorado. In 2021, Rod accepted the Head Football Coach position at Orange Lutheran. In his first two seasons back at Orange Lutheran, he has already won a CIF Championship and been ranked in the Top Ten in CA both years.

Tim Cates talks with Brian Barnes about his experience as both a teacher, athletic director, and coach. Since his graduation from Cal Poly, Brian has been a teacher and coach at West Covina High School in West Covina, California, serving as an assistant coach for both football and baseball, and teaching mathematics from Pre-Algebra to AP Statistics. In 2014, Brian was able to transition to a co-Athletic Director role, overseeing half of the sports on campus. In 2017, Brian took over the entire athletic department for WCHS.
