Dian Vieselmeyer (Mrs. V)

Mrs. V earned a B.S. in elementary education and an M.A. as a reading specialist from Concordia Teachers' College in Seward, Nebraska. She has over 25 years of teaching experience in elementary, secondary and college level education. At CUI, Mrs. V developed the freshman program and academic support services for college students. From 1985 to 2004 she served as the Director of Academic Advising for over 2,500 students; most of which have been at her house for dinner at least once! In 2005, she became the Associate Dean and continues to serve as the Director of Academic Advising.
Associate Director of Academic Advising
Jennifer Meyer graduated from Concordia University Irvine in 1995 with a B.A. in Behavioral Science: Psychology. She began as an academic advisor at Concordia University immediately following graduation. She received her M.A. in Psychology at Pepperdine University in 1997. In 1999, she moved to St. Louis, MO, where she worked as an academic advisor for the St. Louis Community College district. In 2002, her family moved back to California and in 2003, she decided to return to Concordia and now serves as the Associate Director of Academic Advising. Concordia University will always be a place she can call home. She treasures the opportunity to assist students in achieving their academic goals, which will provide a lifetime of opportunities!
Ivana earned her B.A. in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine and her M.A. in Counseling from Chapman University. She moved to Washington, DC to work for a national non-profit foundation that is focused on implementing education initiatives throughout the country. Shortly thereafter she moved to Dallas, Texas to experience “southern living” and to assist in opening a regional office for the organization she was working for in DC. She spent several years traveling, living in different of parts of the country and even spent several months abroad. Ivana’s true passion lies in working with students and she is excited to have the opportunity to serve the students of Concordia.
