About the Speaker
Owner and Cultural Architect, Datron World Communications, Inc.
CEO & Founder, Servant Leadership Institute
As the cultural architect of Datron World Communications, Inc., Art’s success was born out of his desire to transform a traditional system of leadership into a servant-led organization. Art tells Datron’s riveting story of moving from severe adversity to a significant organization committed to leading for the sake of others. He believes that’s how you get results in more important than the results themselves.
Art will share the transformation that took place because of his commitment to turn this organization from a traditional model of leadership to a servant leadership model. Art, as chief executive officer, also sees himself in the important role of cultural architect within Datron. The recent book, The Art of Servant Leadership, explains his story of success. Art shares real-life stories about how servant leadership can change your personal life and professional endeavors. You will be rejuvenated by learning about the transformative effect servant leadership has on the world—when companies are committed to not only the bottom-line of profits, but also to the bottom-line of serving others. Art is committed to sharing his Datron story so that they too can move from “good to great to even a greater impact” for the sake of others.
