Jay is the Founder & Managing Partner of Embarc Advisors, which provides M&A Consulting to both the buy-side and sell-side of successful transactions. Founded on the “Jerry Maguire” principles, Jay brings his experience as a deal maker from his time at Goldman Sachs and McKinsey & Co., along with a team of experienced advisors in the M&A space. Embarc has been changing the game of M&A and Corporate Finance through an approach built on long-term relationships, real-world experience, and elite expertise.
