Due to delays of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), your Financial Aid may not be reflected on your statement at this time. Our financial aid team is actively engaged in processing financial aid files. Once your financial aid is available, a notification will be sent to your Eagles email. Additionally, you will be able to view your awarded financial aid details through your MyRecords account.
Please be aware that, due to the FAFSA delays, Concordia may also experience a delay in disbursing (i.e. paying) federal loans at the start of the Summer 2024 semester. At this time, we have not been provided a date as to when we will be able to disburse federal loan funding, but we anticipate the earliest we could disburse federal financial aid would be June. This delay in disbursement would result in refunds from federal student loans being unavailable until approximately mid June.

Financial Holds on Unpaid Balances and Registration
If you have a past-due balance with the university, a financial hold will be placed on your student account. While this hold is active, you won’t be able to register for classes or make changes to your schedule, and certain university services — including access to grades, diplomas, and graduation — will be unavailable until your balance is resolved.
Diplomas are issued only after your student account balance has been paid in full.
If you withdraw from the university with an outstanding balance, your account will be transferred to the Bursar for collection. Continued nonpayment may result in your account being sent to a collection agency. If that occurs, you will be responsible for all additional costs associated with the collection of your account, including attorney fees and court costs, should legal action be required to enforce this agreement.
