Linda Rudolph, MBA
Linda Rudolph is the Director of Human Resources for NDS Americas, the US division of a global technology organization, and is responsible for the development and delivery of strategic HR programs.
Linda has worked with Concordia University for several years teaching in the School of Business and CU Accelerate program. Her role as an HR professional allows her to incorporate current business practices into her teaching.
Earlier in her career, Linda help several leadership positions in the financial services industry including Assistant Vice President and Training Manager for a commercial bank.
She lives in Huntington Beach with her husband and two children.
