Fast Pitch Information
Day 1 (Fast Pitch)
There will be two days for the competition. Day 1 is the Fast Pitch Competition, and Day 2 is the main competition with the oral presentation held in a Shark-Tank setting.
The Fast Pitch Competition is a quick 90-second elevator pitch of the competitors’ business plan. Competitors will pitch their ideas in front of business professionals, and first-place winners of both the Undergraduate and High School Divisions will win a small prize.
Prizes
Prizes vary based on competition, division, and placement
There will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners on the main competition day for both the Undergraduate and High School divisions. The winners will get a trophy and a big cash prize (the amount varies on the division and placement).
For the Fast Pitch Competition, there will be only one Undergraduate and High School Division winner. There is a small trophy and a small cash prize (amount varies on division).

Concordia Business Challenge

Don’t miss your chance to be part of the first-ever Concordia Business Challenge—an exciting, hands-on competition for undergraduate students eager to tackle real-world business problems! Teams of two will work closely with a coach, use AI and other tools, and craft creative solutions to challenges presented by local organizations. You’ll present your ideas to company representatives and judges, gain hands-on experience, and make meaningful connections in the business community. Your work could have a real impact, and the experience is a fantastic way to stand out and grow as a future business leader.

The Concordia Business Challenge, presented by Concordia’s School of Business and Economics, gives undergraduate students the opportunity to tackle real-world business problems and bring innovative solutions to life. Guided by mentorship from business professionals, students learn, practice, and apply key business skills—developing problem-solving, strategic thinking, and presentation abilities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
