Yasmine Ghazvini

Biography

Yasmine Ghazvini is a distinguished healthcare professional with expertise in strategy, operations, and business development. She currently serves as a Business Intelligence Specialist IV on the strategic services team at UCI Health, where she partners with executive leadership to guide enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. She leads market analyses, trend forecasting, and strategic modeling in this role to support service line planning, ambulatory growth, business development opportunities, and more. Her data-driven insights are critical in shaping the organization’s strategic direction.

Before joining UCI Health, Yasmine served as a Strategy & Business Development Consultant at MemorialCare, providing strategic guidance for key initiatives of the four hospitals and medical groups in their system. Her earlier work at Providence focused on optimizing clinical programs, collaborating with physicians and hospital teams to improve efficiency, and supporting network operations and managed care strategies. Yasmine holds a Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Southern California, along with a certificate in Ambulatory Care and Long-Term Care, and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from San Diego State University. She is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, 2023 ACHE Regent Award Recipient, and serves onthe Board of Directors for ACHE of Southern California.
