She currently serves as Chief of Staff at Kaiser Permanente, where she supports executive leadership on system-wide strategy, performance improvement, and operational initiatives.
A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and honoree of the Greater Irvine Chamber’s 40 Under 40, Keya brings a 360-degree perspective that bridges frontline operations with enterprise-level strategy to improve access, quality, and equity.
