During the course of my 28 years in education, I have served in a variety of roles: teacher, literacy coach, assistant principal, principal, executive director, and assistant superintendent. Currently, I am serving as Associate Superintendent, Education and Support Services for the Capistrano Unified School District where our department supports all teaching and learning, and the academic, behavior, social emotional, and health and safety needs of approximately 41,000 students PK-12 and Adult Transition Programs across 60 schools and alternative programs. In addition to my work with Capistrano Unified, I have served as an adjunct professor for Concordia for the past 10 years in the Masters of Education, Administrative Credential, and Ed.D. programs.
