Brittany Pereda serves as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business at Concordia University Irvine. In addition to her academic role, she is a key member of the Eagles Athletics Department, which she joined in 2017. As the Assistant Athletics Director for Operations and Development, she supports fundraising, corporate sponsorships, business operations, finance, community outreach, and game management. She also oversees the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and works closely with the Director of Athletics to cultivate an environment that promotes the spiritual, academic, social, and athletic growth of student-athletes.

Before returning to Concordia, Brittany worked with MotorActive Australia as an independent contractor, where she developed long-term business plans, conducted market research, and assisted in launching and supporting small business ventures across Southern California. She also served as the senior event coordinator for Electra Cruises in Newport Beach, overseeing weddings, corporate events, and private functions while managing operations, sales, and content creation for digital platforms.

Brittany is a longtime member of the Eagle community. After completing her undergraduate studies at Loyola Marymount University—where she played four years of varsity softball and earned degrees in Law and Business Marketing—she joined Concordia’s softball coaching staff from 2012 to 2015. She helped guide the team to its first-ever National Championship in 2013. She later earned her MBA from Concordia University Irvine in 2015.
