Dr. Brandy Springs is an educator, instructional leader, and researcher with more than 20 years of experience serving students and educators across P-12 and higher education. Throughout her career, she has been committed to developing teachers and educational leaders through mentorship, collaboration, and meaningful professional learning. She believes that education has the power to transform lives and that effective leadership begins with a commitment to service, continuous learning, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.
Her research focuses on educational leadership, organizational improvement, and educational equity. She is particularly interested in mentorship and sponsorship, teacher preparation, leadership development, and institutional practices that strengthen student and educator success. Dr. Springs is committed to scholarship that bridges research and practice, helping educational leaders make informed decisions that positively impact schools, colleges, and communities.
In addition to her work in education, Dr. Springs has presented at professional conferences and continues to engage in research that advances educational leadership and supports meaningful change across educational settings.
