Explore Student Employment Opportunities
Student employment is more than a paycheck — it’s an opportunity to grow your skills, build strong work habits, and live out Concordia University Irvine’s commitment to Christian leadership and service. On-campus jobs connect you with the campus community, help you explore career interests, and support your educational journey.
Concordia offers several types of student employment:
- Student Employment: On-campus jobs open to undergraduate and graduate students.
- Federal Work-Study: Part-time positions for students who qualify through the FAFSA.*
- Student Leadership Roles: Opportunities to support departments, programs, and student life while developing leadership skills.
Whether you’re looking for experience, community, or extra financial support, on-campus employment is a great place to start.
*Federal Work-Study is a federally funded program that provides funding for part-time, on-campus jobs to students who qualify based on financial need. If offered work-study through FAFSA, you can work during the academic year, gain valuable experience, and earn a paycheck to support your educational and personal expenses. Work-study earnings are paid directly to you.
