Patrons of the Arts

Champion the musicians, actors, filmmakers, and visual artists who shape campus culture through creativity and faith.

Support our student artists as they share their gifts and faith through music, theatre, and visual arts. As a Patron of the Arts, your generosity helps fund performances, exhibitions, and scholarships.

Plus, you’ll receive special benefits as a thank-you for your support:

*Donors of gifts between $25 – $99 will be listed in Music & Theatre programs.

Your generosity keeps the arts thriving at Concordia, helping students use their gifts to inspire audiences and glorify God.

Consider making your gift through a Donor Advised Fund (DAF). Learn more about giving through a DAF.

Music Patrons support the University in its effort to provide high-quality training for musicians and music educators of the future. The Patrons’ contributions include sponsorship of scholarships, purchasing instruments and equipment, defraying student expenses for conferences and competitions, and funding other needs.

The performing arts have been an integral part of the Concordia experience since the school’s earliest days and the theatre programs have grown to require three fully-equipped performance spaces: the CU Center, the Studio Theatre, and the Nelson Outdoor Amphitheatre.

The Art Patrons support the visual arts at Concordia through the sponsorship of scholarships, purchasing tools and equipment, defraying student expenses for shows and exhibits, and supporting the collection of the John and Linda Friend Gallery in Grimm Hall.
