Dr. Elizabeth Thomas is the Assistant Principal at Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic School in Newport Beach, California. Prior to serving as Assistant Principal, Dr. Thomas was the Director of Technology at Our Lady Queen of Angels, where she led schoolwide technology systems and blended learning initiatives and taught kindergarten through eighth-grade technology and Makerspace.
Dr. Thomas teaches doctoral-level courses for Concordia University Irvine and has served as an Adjunct Professor in the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership program. Her professional interests include instructional leadership, STEM/STEAM in education, intentional use of technology (including AI), blended learning best practices to support differentiated learning, and discussion around educational technology integration. Dr. Thomas earned her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration and her M.A. in Educational Administration from Concordia University Irvine. She also holds a California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with CLAD authorization from the University of California, Irvine, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
