Faculty are often the first point of contact for recruiters. When an employer reaches out to you, use these quick steps to loop us in:

  • Post a Job/Internship: Direct them to post on Handshake. This ensures the role is visible to all students and allows our office to track the hiring data.
  • Classroom Visits & Events: If an employer wants to connect with your students, let us know! We will work alongside you to find a time that fits your syllabus and help coordinate the logistics and promotion.
  • Strategic Partnerships: For sponsorship or large-scale recruiting, connect them with us directly at [email protected]. We’ll handle the administrative “heavy lifting” to save you time.

Simply BCC [email protected] on your reply to an employer. We’ll take it from there and follow up with the resources they need to recruit at Concordia.

Whether you have questions or need direction, our team is ready to assist you.
