Concordia University Irvine’s Master’s in Coaching programs invite you to join us at our annual California Coaches Conference. Open to coaches and athletic administrators at all levels from across the country, this weeklong event is held on our beautiful campus in Southern California. Over 5,000 alumni have chosen Concordia for their graduate athletics degrees – this conference gives you the opportunity to experience the curriculum, character, and community that we’ve created.

Attend our 2025 California Coaches Conference for a chance to network with fellow coaches and administrators, learn pro tips from our keynote speakers who are celebrated in the industry, attend in-person sessions specific to your sport, and much more.

MCAA student

The conference offers 8 sport specific breakout courses that allow coaches and athletics directors the opportunity to gain even more knowledge in their desired field using a hands-on approach.

Registration coming soon

Currently enrolled MCAA/MSCE students can register for any one of the sport-specific courses via MyRecords to participate in the California Coaches Conference. Structurally, the course will be one week in length and will meet 8 am to 5 pm on campus.
