Biography
Israel Passwater has been serving as an Adjunct Faculty Member since 2008. He brings a unique professional background in both education and business, beginning his teaching career in special education before moving into business leadership roles across the public and private sectors.
His teaching areas of expertise include Organizational Leadership, Leadership, Management Theory, Consulting, Coaching, and Organizational Behavior. Israel teaches part-time in both online and campus-based courses for National University and Concordia University Irvine.
Currently, Israel serves as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for an e-commerce company in South Orange County. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University, a Master’s Degree in Sports Management/Kinesiology from California Baptist University, and doctoral studies in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University.
Israel is a former scholarship student-athlete and an avid marathon runner. He loves spending time with his family—his son Cole, his wife Katie, and their two rescue golden retrievers, Gracie and Riggins.
