Gilbert Fugitt, Ed.D., worked for many years as a Director of Christian Education at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Arcadia, California. In this context, he developed servant leaders within the church and the youth ministry. At Concordia University, he works with Student Leadership and Development with student leaders is passionate about creating wise, honorable, and cultivated students. He received a Bachelor's in Theology from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska and also attained his DCE Certification. He obtained a Master's in Psychology and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University.
