Professor Tvorik has a background as a business consultant that includes managerial positions within Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. She has managed seven branches within the Republic of the Philippine Islands and the Remote Island of Diego Garcia promoting banking services, while coordinating marketing strategies with headquarters in New York. Included in her background are hiring, the flip side of hiring, sales and corporate training, and management responsibilities. She is a proponent of McGregor’s Theory Y, which affects the development of effective managers through participative problem solving. If treated as valuable staff members, they will in turn contribute more to the organization.

She completed her Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in business administration and management while traveling geographically three-quarters of the country, earning departmental and summa cum laude honors.
