Librarians are always available at the Library to help answer your questions. We offer help in the following areas:
- Library Resources Help: Qualified librarians help students become familiar with the various library collections, including books and journals in both print and electronic formats.
- Technical Help: Students who encounter technical problems with library equipment, such as research stations, the printer, or the copier, are encouraged to seek the help of reference librarians to resolve the issue.
- Directions and Policies: Our reference librarians are also available to help point students in the right direction, or explain the library’s policies and code of conduct.
- Research Help: Students in need of extensive research help, which includes exploring, selecting, and evaluating resources, are encouraged to make an appointment with the library for an in-depth, one-on-one research interview.

Chat with a Librarian:
Available on the library webpage during opening hours, Chat with a Librarian is a convenient way of reaching the library. The Chat box is available in the bottom right corner of our webpage, and offers quick access to speak to our qualified librarians.
Questions and comments can also be posted directly on the Library’s Twitter account. The library can be reached via Twitter @ConcordiaBiblio.
Or simply stop by and ask to speak to a librarian. We will be glad to help you!
