Web Help Tickets are updates and additions to the website that require less than 4 hours to complete. Submit your request to [email protected]. This will create a ticket in our help desk, and you will receive a confirmation that your request has been received. Most tickets are solved within 1-3 business days. Larger pieces of work will be deemed "projects."
Projects require more then 4 hours to complete and/or involve creating new sections on the web site. As such they require an approval and scheduling process which gives the university an opportunity to consider strategy, return-on-investment, and budget. To initiate a project start with our application.
If you don't know where to begin then start with a ticket. We'll let you know if your ticket is really a project.
