Financial Aid in MyRecords

Please note that you will only have information in and be able to log into My Records if:

• You have deposited or
• You have been notified that you have an aid package ready to be viewed.

The 'My Financial Aid' menu has important tools for your financial aid.
You will use it to:

• Review the status of your financial aid.
• Check the status of missing required documents.
• Review your loans and the cost of attendance.
• Find links to more information about your financial aid options.
• Find links to important forms and documents to complete your aid package.

To view and manage your financial aid in MyRecords do the following:

1. Go to http://my.cui.edu and click on the MyRecords link
2. Log in to MyRecords using your CUI online resources user ID as the "User ID" and then enter your password.
   Follow these detailed instructions for logging in to Myrecords if you need assistance.
3. Once you have logged in to MyRecords click on the "My Financial Aid" tab or main menu item.

In the My Financial Aid menu you have access to your Overall Status of Financial Aid
To review any unsatisfied student requirements for the aid year, your COA, and your awarded financial aid do the following:

1. To view your financial aid award, select the aid year and submit.
2. To view your unsatisfied student requirements (missing documents) click the highlighted link "student requirements"
   If it is not highlighted you do not have unsatisfied documents.
3. To view your estimated cost of attendance click the highlighted link "cost of attendance".
4. To view your financial aid award click the highlighted link 'awarded' and then click on the "Accept Award Offer" tab.
