Towards the beginning of WWII, the British staged a rescue mission for German-Jewish children. Over 10,000 children rode out of Germany on trains, nicknamed kindertransport, and were placed in British foster homes. This play follows the heartbreaking story of one such child and her journey to adulthood with the baggage of the past hanging on her shoulders. Based on true events, this play explores the lengths a parent will go to save a child – but is it enough?
