Master of Arts in Education: Educational Technology
Designed for working educators, the Master of Arts in Educational Technology cohort-based program is designed to prepare credentialed educators to lead in the use of technology in innovative teaching and learning environments. Concordia University Irvine’s program provides the opportunity for teachers to continue working while having the option of a 12- or 24-month program. The MAEd program provides an enhanced understanding of collaborative learning in a digital and global world that will transform the candidates' skills in the use of technology as an effective tool for teaching and learning. The MAED: Educational Technology degree program is offered in an online asynchronous delivery.
The MAED program requires a minimum of 30 units and can be completed in 12 or 24 months. MAED coursework develops an understanding of the dynamic relationship between technology, pedagogy and content in order to creatively apply a variety of technologies to support and assess the attainment of learning outcomes for all students.

During these meetings, we will discuss the application process, financial aid, payment plans, and any specific questions that you may have. Face-to-face meetings run approximately 30 minutes. Online meetings run approximately 20 minutes.

Concordia’s School of Education offers four different teaching credentials, four distinctive Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) graduate degrees, and a doctorate of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership.
