Concordia University Irvine Maintains Top 50 in College Rankings

IRVINE, Calif. (September 12, 2017)Concordia University Irvine (CUI) remained 41st place in the Best Colleges 2018 report according to U.S. News & World Report’s annual rankings released today.

About 3,000 four-year universities—public and private—in the United States are ranked annually by U.S. News & World Report nationally. Regional Universities include Gallaudet University, Rutgers University, Berry College, Creighton University, and the University of Michigan. Rankings are split into four regions—North, South, Midwest, and West.

More than 10 factors determine rankings which include graduation rates, faculty resources, student selectivity, financial resources, and alumni giving. Best Regional Universities offer a range of undergraduate and graduate programs, with some Ph.D. programs. U.S. News & World Report has been ranking colleges and universities across the United States for over 30 years.
