IRVINE, Calif. (October 20, 2015) Money Magazine has ranked Concordia University Irvine (CUI) among the “Best Colleges” that provide the top value for the cost of tuition. The annual ranking lists more than 700 of approximately 1500 four-year universities and is determined by quantitative data in three categories: quality of education, affordability and alumni career earnings. The list analyzes graduation rates, educational equality and student outcome to rank which universities deliver the most value for students in pursuit of their academic success and the prospect of a promising career. The rankings also include a “value added” grade that rates how well students at each school did vs. what would be expected given their economic and academic backgrounds and the institution's mix of majors.

"The mission of Concordia University Irvine has always been to empower and equip students for lives of learning, service and leadership. Our faculty and staff have worked tirelessly to advance this mission so that students will receive the best education from this institution and utilize their skills in future-ready endeavors,” said Concordia University Irvine President Kurt Krueger. Concordia University Irvine was the second university in the Concordia University System (CUS) and one of six Southern California schools to make the list.
