Where are you from?
I grew up all over the Inland Empire and Orange County.

What did you study in college?
I studied Sociology and Anthropology in college.

What is your favorite place to eat in Irvine?
My favorite place to eat in Irvine is Il Fornaio.

What do you like to do with your free time?
I love camping and fishing with my husband and my dog. I also love a good home renovation or furniture building project.

What advice do you have for students going through the admissions process?
My advice for students going through the admissions process is to explore areas of interest that they aren't completely confident in at the beginning of their college journeys. I did an art semester in Italy my senior year, which had nothing to do with my major, and found out that I really loved drawing. I had never drawn anything more complex than a stick figure before that semester and the amount I learned was shocking to me. I wish I had pursued that interest earlier.
