*Under certain circumstances we reserve the right to deny returns that are made within the allotted time period.

TEXTBOOKS

1. Refunds CANNOT be made without a valid sales receipt.
2. After the first two weeks, text refunds must be made within 2 days of purchase.
3. Any item returned for a refund MUST be returned in the condition in which it was purchased.
4. All shrink wrapped items must be returned in the wrapping. No refunds will be made if text is unwrapped.
5. Texts for seminar/summer classes are returnable for one business day after the first session begins.
6. NO REFUNDS during examination periods!

** A receipt is always required for any textbook refunds or exchanges and texts must be in the same condition in which they were purchased.

Trade, Study Aids, CUI bound Books
No returns or exchanges- Purchases are Final

Clothing, Gifts, Supplies
Washed, worn, or used merchandise cannot be returned nor exchanged.
No Receipt: No exchange or refunds.
School supplies, clothing, and gift items will be refunded within 30 days of purchase provided the items are in new, resalable condition and have not been opened and still have tags remaining attached to the item. (excludes electronic items)
A receipt is always required.
